Before super bowl. I’m watching the Patriots on the news.
Man comes in says he works for DOD national security section. He introduces himself as Brady.
Asks for a reference for a person who worked there 5 years ago. Manager comes down, gives him a phone number for a former manager that was there 5 years ago when this person was employed.
Brady, calls man on cell phone in back of me, apparently to speak to the manager from five years ago to get a reference for this person. This guy Brady sat behind me & said these word into his cell phone:
“OK, so he's a good citizen.”
“And he can keep a secret, he'll have access to some very sensitive information.”
“But he's trustworthy.”
“OK, his coworkers liked him.”
“He got along with everyone.”
“Great.”
Does this make sense? A guy from the DOD making personal reference checks for a bartender from five years ago? And the bartender’s manager from five years ago just happened to be available by phone? And he’d be discussing all this national security stuff right in back of me?
What are the odds?
[The message was that I worked for Mellon for five years, my coworkers basically liked me, & I’m not a criminal, but that I should keep quiet about the Mobbing that went on there, because it’s a matter of “national security.”]

Significant, constant, loud banging of weights.
1)College student with shirt CHASE blatantly stares & smiles at me.

The other mentioned pants being worn for 45 mins & being used again.
3)Space invasion by those two students. There are only a few people in the Gym.

Later that day in CVS woman on cell phone walks by, looks at me & says,
"mind over matter" into cell.
[With this covert walk-by communication, they increase their volume & change the tone of the words they’d like to convey. Often you hear nothing before or after they walk past you.]
Various noise campaigns using janitor, banging on baseboards repeatedly.
He has vacuumed once a week for the last year, now he does it at least several times a week.
Much more than usual.
February 26 1-2PM
Video store-Hollywood video (small oriental man). Mentioned microwave out of the blue. And then looked down.
[For past few days I have been doing research online regarding guided microwave technology being used on targeted civilians.]
Leaving Hollywood video I experienced significant street theatre (cell phone sensitization blitz).
Cell phone campaign From Fairfax to Dartmouth-40 plus people walked in front of me (collisions) or by me smiling, waving with their cell-phone hand. Sayings things like “here he comes”, “he’s on his way”, “here he is.” Multiple people did that while blatantly staring at me, most of them were smiling. This was a campaign to get me sensitized to cell phones.

Later that evening Ken & I at Bukowskis on Dalton St.
1. Wet towel placed in front of me & the persona to my left.
2. Comment from bar tender about slitting wrists.
3. Song playing, "your gonna die, you're going down."
4. Group at table near by, making references to "performance."
5. Bathroom very, very hot.
[This is the same psywar tactics I experienced at MB. The idea is that they’re about to “turn up the heat” & the goal is to get me to kill myself.]

When I visit the bank on Boylston, they tell me that the address is 57 Wentworth instead of 53.

Pearl street Station Restaurant
I had previously sent Pearl Street Restaurant a flyer regarding Gang Stalking since I had planned on visiting this restaurant. Their message was “you’re not welcome but your friend is.” Same subtle harassment I experienced at my former place of employment.
1. Upon entrance our entrance, waitress patting Mike several times on shoulders.
1. Waitress kicked my feet (Mine clearly under table she went out of her way).
3. Music-“I know there’s something going on.”
4. Meatball dinner had one (1) small meatball.
5. Gave her a 20, she asked if I wanted change, I said yes. I left tip & we both left, she stopped us out in lot, & said that she had given the full amount back in change & we didn’t pay for the meal yet.
Mike A & I discussed why, & that they always deduct the bill & give you the “change.”
I visited this restaurant at a later date & got a blatant disgustful stare from the manager.

Anticipating I would be moving back, about two weeks earlier I sent out letters to various businesses & residents in this area describing that federal agencies are conducting harassment campaigns. The letters I sent out did not have a return address, but I put the stamp of an American flag on them.
I moved back to 53 Wentworth Street & I revive a letter in the mail. This letter looks like letters I sent out weeks before, i.e., it had no return address & had a red American flag stamped on it. I open it & it’s a “thank you” letter from Megan, which was sent by Clunk. I asked Clunk about the flag & she said that the postal machine at work automatically puts the flag on envelopes. Note: This was when I first started to notice that family had been co-opted, but I dismissed this specific event as a coincidence at the time. This was the beginning of more Gaslighting, & subliminal harassment tactics that I would notice friends & family participating in.

Has not snowed since I arrived here.
Last week 03/14 when I arrived chip was not there.
Happened some time over weekend. This was not erosion & is consistent with the subtle property damage reported by other Gang Stalking targets.

Last Friday I backed up into his parked car at Malden post office.
I suggested I give him cash for damage to avoid insurance increasing.
Last night 03/20/05 about 6PM I talked to him on my cell phone, we agreed to meet at Walgreen’s 9AM on Monday.
At 9AM, I received a call from Amy (Budget Rent a Truck insurance claim). One week ago, Monday 14th, the box area of their truck was caught on a vertical pole sticking out of a dumpster. I had insurance on the truck. She calls exactly 9AM, while I'm waiting for Derrick.

Situation: whole week discussion at house has been about Vanessa’s ultrasound on Thursday. Thursday she has it & a pic of baby is posted on our refrigerator at Wentworth. Later that evening at Pizzeria Unos (afternoon) man walks into bar sits down & starts bragging about how he just came from an ultrasound for his heart & has a pic to prove it.

Ken asks me about Mellon Bank. He says he has an opportunity to do tech work there & wants my opinion. I tell him I would not advise he works there. Man sitting behind me who was not there when I went to bathroom, leaves, there are no drinks, plates or anything else on his table. He had just come & sat down for only a few minutes.

1 young guy sits two seats away from me.
Asks if he could get my opinion on his "poem." He did this almost immediately after he sits down.
I say yes, while I forget the exact text, I told him my interpretation & he confirmed that's what it was. The poems message was that there was something wrong, & that he (the writer) felt he had to make it better.
Then he changed the subject to letting me know that he had spent 20 days in jail for assaulting a police officer. But that he didn't actually assault the officer, that they had framed him. Furthermore, there were a total of 5 officers who lied about that. He then made statements such as, “you’re a smart guy Mark.” Then he leaves after his beer. He may have been there for about ten minutes. [I’m researching the Gang Stalking phenomenon & have handed out flyers. So the message is “Continue & we’ll have you framed, be smart & stop.”]
Shortly after he left I had a conversation with a man sitting to my right. He was 50ish. He told me that he worked at MIT & did negotiations (contracts) for the government. I asked him what he meant by this but his description seemed vague. I don’t know exactly what he was saying as I don’t think he mentioned anything specific. [Inconclusive. However it may not have been a coincidence that these events occurred around the same time. Possibly this was a signal of sorts to “work with us, we can negotiate this problem.”]
May 22nd Morning
David Rimmer leaves house same time as me, introduces me to Liz.
2 minutes later on Chester street, two senior citizens leaving house at same time.
Two things happen:
1. 1. On says to the other, "I wonder if Liz" will take the car.
2. 2. The other women pointed with her cane to some trash on the street the moment I walked by, effectively pointing at me & said, "look at this trash."

Unusual amount of traffic for a small street.
Some cars slow down to a slow rate at my house, some have backed up & stayed out in front for several minutes, then continued down the street.

Usual noise campaign from “roof” being worked on at house next door.

I talked to Robert Dunk at ERC & he can’t tell me what phone number the calls were made from, & that the account was forwarded to his collection agency from Southwestern Bell, now Capital.
Then he went on to list the addresses he has me having lived at in the last ten years.
He’s been leaving messages on my mother’s answering machine for about a month.
But when I speak with him, he told me he had my number.
I asked him why I have not heard of the ten-year bill until now, he said he didn’t know & that it was given to his agency. But that he has my social security number so it must be me. One of the addresses & two of the numbers are also wrong.

Mother talking to brother’s wife about Kohl’s.
She mentions to me while reading Kohl’s flyer how much she “loves” kohl’s.
5 Seconds later (literally) telephone rings (# 866 849 3243) with computer generated voice telling her about a 15% discount on everything in store at Kohl’s on Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Number is busy when I try to call back.
June 8th Evening/ Afternoon
Feeling dizzy after almost two beers from Pour house pub on Boylston.
I go to bathroom. A man with backpack next to me when I sit down, not eating/drinking anything. Bartender asks him for menu, etc, he says he’s set. I feel slightly dizzy & think I may have been drugged. But I attribute the slight dizziness to a recent plane trip.
Waitress (Holly) asks people at bar if they think she’s pushy, I say yes jokingly. She says she won’t give me anymore beer.
5 minutes later I tell her I was kidding, she says something jokingly about “drugging” my bear.
Man at Unos talking on cell phone about how easy it will be for him to get someone out of a community, he keeps repeating words like this on his cell phone. I give him subtle “fuck you” gestures. I get back from bathroom, holly is sitting next to him as I leave. I sit down on a park bench & fall asleep.

The second time this happened at Malden T station on Gov Center side I knew this was part of the Gang Stalking as it was several days after the first time.
First time was on Rt 60 near Pearl street park.

Reliable Paving (brand new pickup truck)
Stop in front of our house, say they’re looking for owner & they’re equipped with a cell phone. Two white males about 25 years old.
Talk to my mother for a bit, then ask the neighbor next to us if they want any work done on their driveway. Then they drive off to end of the street, not stopping at any other houses.

Way to many for a side street like this.
Again, these cars travel to the end & turn left onto West street.
The pattern appears to vary in the following ways, either:
*One car every 10-15 seconds
*Two-three car convoys followed by a minute or two of inactivity
This evening I haven’t tried to determine if they’re the same vehicles circling around, or different ones.
Another observation, there is almost always two or more cars pulling in, or leaving when I enter my home. This is especially done with the perps next door at 59 Wentworth Street.

3 people one after the other, walk by our table, & in front of it open their cell phones, slightly pause at exact same place, look at it, & keep walking. This place is not packed on this Thursday night, there are about 15 people in here including my group. An example of frequency.

Street has turned into a highway, most cars that come down here (side street) just keep driving to the end. This happens all waking hours of day/night including when there is no traffic on main streets. I have not started to record license plates yet.

More “construction”. Loud banging since about 745 this morning. This time 62 Wentworth, just to the right of the two that previously had construction.

Now directly across the street (52) is having some more work done.
It sounds/looks like for the past 45 mins this guy has just been banging on a very old piece of 2x4.
Once in a while he walks into the house & comes out & continues to bang on this same piece.
The idea is that he’s “fixing” the already brand new windows.
So far day has been filled with:
1. Car alarms from multiple cars chirping off/on repeatedly
2. Convoys of cars (have not checked to see if it’s the same ones circling)
3. Another house being worked on two doors down (47)
4. The usual construction banging/sawing (That’s 7 houses that surround my house in last two months)
They also appear to be using other types of noises as much as possible. For instance, the unlocking noises of car alarms (two beeps, followed by one). This is unusual for two reasons
1. An unlock, followed by an immediate lock is not natural, especially with the same car several times.
2. This happens countless times from multiple vehicles around my house, for instance, when the person next door does it (59 Wentworth), it will be several times during a 30 minute period of unlocking/locking. And he is not getting in or retrieving anything from his car when this happens.
Also, when these same people pull out of their driveway, they will back all the way up to the front of my house, loudly rev their engine then move forward.

In CVS, store almost empty, woman/child standing so close at register they’re just about touching me. This happens almost constantly when I go out.

I’ve been going here for 5 months & there was unusual amount of people there.
Obvious deliberate smashing of weights, (frequency & duration).
I’ve been exercising since I was 15 & have never this kind of thing.
The area I was working on in between a bench & a mirror was a small avenue.
Instead of taking an easier, shorter route to the fountain, three people on three separate occasions walked out of their way to use this small area I was at, brushing by me.
I’m on bench doing triceps extensions & a man hits me arm as he walks by.
Collision as I walk by matt room. Again I leave plenty of room walking by rooms/stores/corners in anticipation this will happen. An African American teenager jumps out in front of me.

Me, my brother Lee & my mother visited a couple of graveyards. This visit was planned.
First graveyard we visit Everett, man mowing lawn right near grave we visit.
This is a “gigantic” graveyard.
Next graveyard Forestdale Malden.
More lawn mowing right near our area.
Then, at Forestdale we had a conversation about how head stones listed that multiple people died of motorcycle accidents. Then at Bertuccis later, waitress has “loud” conversation with other waitress about how “he got into a bike accident, OH, not motorcycle, regular bike”
Also, there were only two other guests in this place when we were there 11:30AM. Two waitresses cut me off while walking to the bathroom. These are the usual cutoffs where they “quickly jump” right in your path & out from around corners.
Dunking donuts we planned on visiting while at Bertuccis.
As we go through the drive through, a lady comes out as we enter drive through & starts trimming the grass with a weed whacker, right next to our car.
What are the odd of three of the four places we visited cutting the grass next to us?

Middle-aged Man & women both stare at me in a violent fashion as I leave store.
While out for a walk on Devir & west there is much traffic 8 o’clock at night.
Lots of brighting occurred, they make use of corners to maximize this brighting.
Every other corner on West, sometimes every corner, a car turned either onto west while I was at the corner, or turned from west onto a smaller street. This happened constantly on my way home from Devir Street. And in general when I go for walks.

Lady walks by with talking into cell phone & loudly says “yeah some houses just have a feel to them.”
We’re trying to sell the house but have been unsuccessful. [Update 4/1/2006, it may be because there is constant commotion & the people next door have leaned just about every piece of trash in their yard up against the fence, car hoods, tools, plows, etc.]
On my way out of Malden T a car cut me off. I’d speed up walking, it would speed up. It blatantly created that collision. The goal is to have to “stop short” of just hitting me. The usual process is for them to come to an abrupt halt in front of you, then wave you on & give you the OK to cross.
[This is routine. They mirror your movements to facilitate a collision. This is blatantly obvious with people in cars & on foot.]
Then in the parking lot next to Malden Center two teenage girls in a car did the same thing. They did this twice as I walked through the parking lot.
[They model your movements & will sometimes linger around if you’ve stopped to cause a collision.]

I still have not started taking plates but have noticed as least a few vehicles that circulate. These vehicles one jeep, one pickup & a white Cadillac are also ones that have stared at me while driving by holding their cell phones to their heads.
Day has been fraught with car alarms, car alarm on/off beeps, convoys of mopeds, motorcycles & white box trucks (no lettering) driving by. Some revving their engines, beeping, yelling, & slowing down as they pass the house.

Then seconds later a second one. There is hardly anyone in the store, it’s 9AM.

Says in a loud voice, “yeah, sometimes it takes a while.”
[A while to Mobb/Harass people out of communities. I’ve heard people on their cell phones in restaurants such as Pizzeria Unos, talking about the same thing, such as “how easy it is for them to kick people out of communities.”]
A few moments later seven (7) cars in a row come out of Wentworth Street & turn onto West Street. The last one, waits for me to approach the corner of West & Welch before it bursts out onto West creating a collision, so he could stop short & wave me to cross the street.

One outside station, one inside as I walk in. These people literally jump out in front of you.

3 Collisions in several minutes when square was not busy.
The fist happened while I was walking by starbucks & a lady “jumped” out in front of me while she exited the store. Because of these collisions I normally leave plenty of room as I walk around corners or as I walk by stores. This lady blatantly rushed out to cut me off.
The second was an alleyway before Brooks drugs, a lady almost collided with me as she exited the alley, then immediately after a woman almost walked into me as she exited Brooks. This was not a busy day in Davis Sq.
As I walked toward Brooks (before the second collision) a group of young kids walked by me, one was wearing a white T-shirt with the words “Big Bro” written with a magic marker. He was smiling as he walked by me.

Usual collision by a car outside the station. This one was red & I got a picture of it.

Cookout at friends house
Someone left a CD on counter. It was for the Mellon Orchestra.
My friend says he knew nothing about it & thought I put it there.
There were some people there that I/we didn’t know well.
People know of my Mobbing experience at Mellon. This was another borderline subliminal harassment tactic. It’s consistent with the ones I experience while in their employ.

Collisions on my way to Malden T
Collision by 3 youths 10-12 YO on corner of Russell & Chester.
Collision by 20 YO girl in front of T station on Cell. Station is not busy.
Collision by middle-aged African American man outside of government center. He looks at me as he’s walking toward me (about 30-40 feet away, then looks down on his cell phone & quickly moves over into the lane that I’m traveling on, thus creating a collision.

Two are together & one is on his own.
They’re standing in the same area.
Their shirts are as follows:
1. A white T shirt with the words “one” written on the back
2. A red & black shirt with the words “20” written on the back
3. A football-type shirt with a number “3” on the back.

There is one older African American women who uses space invasion tactics as follows.
She goes out of her way to take the longest, most difficult path to the fountain so she could invade my personal space.
Then when she got back she started doing lateral arm extensions right next to me. There was no need for this as the place was almost empty. In fact there was no mirror in front of her, but there was an available one just a few feet to her left.

She ran toward me & caught my eye at about 30 feet. My past experience with these perps using their kids in their childish skits told me this girl was going to run right into me, I was right.

2 Spanish men, 1 Spanish woman & 1 African American women take turns deliberately walking into my intimate space. The subway was not crowded at this time & there was no reason for these people to be literally taking turns standing inches away from me.

Middle-aged dark haired man with dark skin, blue jeans & white T-shirt, blatantly stares at me in a hostile manner me as I walk in. I stand in back of him in line & he tells store clerk about an interview he had. “Yeah I had an interview” or words to that effect.
I had an interview earlier. This, “I know what you did earlier” is used often. Information gained by surveillance is used for harassment.

I’m in line & a middle aged African American walks toward me from the right side & stands inches from me. If these things were to happen in a vacuum I would say they are ordinary mishaps, but this is part of the stalking campaign.

I’m walking across cross walk on fells way.
This is a very small pedestrian crosswalk. There is nobody on foot except for one man across the street. He timed his movements so this would occur. He happens to enter this thin crosswalk the same time I did, causing a virtual collision. As usual, he had his cell phone to his ear, looking at me.

The message: Last night I was online researching the constitution & read a review from a book called The 14th Amendment.

Dunkin D-Hanes Sq Store is not crowded. As I leave a 16-18 Y/O girl jumps in front of me. Then a women walks from one side of D&D to the side I’m on & reaches into my personal space to gram a napkins. There was no need for this as there were plenty in the napkin/straw booth that was right next to her.

For last ½ hour they’ve been rotating between pulling in & out of their driveway. They do this with the silver & red cars. These perps live on the second & third floors of this house.
This is done with the usual car alarms on/off multiple times in a row while no one is near the car.
Also the usual amount of “highway” traffic on this street.

Black girl cuts me off on West Street on foot. Area I’m at is almost deserted.
Her conversation on her cell phone is how she’s thinking of getting another wallet to pay her bills.
Then as I turn onto Wentworth two youths on bikes ride by.
One says “You don’t have to be rich to be a snitch”
The other says “This is a one way street.”
The idea there is that I don’t have much money in my wallet to pay bills with, & I’m guessing the kids were making reference to me posting flyers up (Rich is snitching). Note: Update 4/24/2006 another interpretation is that the first lady referenced the wallet (I have no money), then the kids statement “you don’t have to be rich… (I have no money) but I’m snitching anyway.

Exact date unknown. I have not been able to locate my notes regarding these & other events. So the following is written to the best of my memory.
These events took place at two BBQs that a family member’s band was playing at. We attended these BBQs with two long-time friends of the family who happen to be brothers. This family member, & these friends of the family have been recruited into the harassment campaign.
People present: Me, family member, two brothers who are friends of the family.
We’re in a car on our way to a BBQ that this family member is to play at. I’m in the back seat & this friend of the family (in front seat) has his hat turned around so the front is in back, I see the words Devil Rays. Based on previous references that both of these brothers have made to my previous place of employment, & other subtle tactics I’ve seen used by people who participate in this Mobbing/Harassment, I concluded before this event, that hey they have been recruited into the campaign.
We arrive at the BBQ & I suspect that two males might be perpetrators. They were smirking & looking at me. They looked about 20-23; one was African American, & one white. They approached the area I’m in (near a tent) & brush by me. There is plenty of room as this is an entire street used as a block party & is not heavily occupied. I conclude that my original gut feeling was correct. Was this done to get my attention for the next incident?
Then I noticed a man about 25 years old, heavy set with brown hair, lingering off to my left. He stayed off in this area by himself for what seemed like several minutes. He had a long T-shirt with a picture of a red head with horns, presumably the devil. I was going to take a picture of this man’s shirt but didn’t. He walks pat me smiling.
Another BBQ two weeks later.
Two weeks later I attend another BBQ with the same people. I’m at the Malden T & the same friend of family that had the Devil Rays hat on, now has on a red & yellow shirt (looked like flames) with a stick person hanging by the neck in a hangman’s noose. I took a picture of this person’s shirt & I’m currently trying to locate it. I take a train with this person to meet his brother & my family member at Pizzeria Uno. From there we will go to a BBQ.
We get to Pizzeria Uno on Boylston in Boston & this man with the black/yellow shirt was repeatedly kicking my chair for what seemed like five minutes (consistent with some mobbing tactics I experienced at last two places of employment). As we’re leaving the restaurant, the topic of the Devil or Satan comes up, I forget which. This continued until we reached the car.
We arrive at the BBQ & I’m in an area off to the side of the house where I notice some people with black/red shirts. One man had what looked like a black & red tribal shirt with sharp points on it. He looked about 30, short brown hair, & stout, & I talked to him for a few minutes. Another man approached this area & seemed to know the group that I was in. He was roughly 30 with dark brown hair, & looked about 150-160 pounds. He was introduced to me as Damien, (pronounced Dame-ee-en, as in Satan). This was said twice.
Other things I noticed: There were 3 or 4 people (I think 4 but can’t find notes) with the number four written on their shirts, either spelled out or written in numeric form. They didn’t seem to be together. I remember looking around & counting about 60 people at this BBQ.
Date Unknown (Summer of 05)
Me, F12 & F6 are in the living room.
F12 says that sometimes he draws things for no reason & without an outcome in mind. He hands F6 a piece of paper with a drawing on it & asks him what comes to mind when he looks at it. Immediately F6 says, “beetle.” F6 then hand me the piece of paper. I look at it & conclude that other than the shape being somewhat oval, it looks nothing like a beetle. In fact it looked like a picture of the devil. It had a chin, eyes, lips, & horns. Conclusion: A symbolic attack carried out by blackmailed/intimidated family members on behalf of the federal agency responsible for this campaign. The message/theme is that “Mark sees devils/satan when others do not, so he’s ill.” This is simply another skit that their federal handlers had them carry out.
